RSVP Page Not Working

For a while my RSVP page was working fine. Then today I made some updates to my web page and ever since now if I go to the RSVP page, type in a guest name and press submit it goes to some knot page asking to choose a website design scheme instead of the page where the guest chooses if they wish to attend or not. What is going on? How do I fix it?

    Have you already sent out invitations? If not, I highly recommend not using a TK's tools. I had so many glitches with RSVPs. And some brides have lost entire guest lists.

    Unfortunately, while I have not yet sent the invites, our TK RSVP site has already been printed on the invitations. We have included more formal RSVP cards with each invitation so that people can do it the old fashion way as well.
