Help me patriotic-ify my black shirt, please.

So I just ordered an amazing black tank top with patriotic phrasing in white to wear for the Fourth of July. I ordered it in black because I didn't like the way any other color looked, and now I'm having trouble trying to decide how to add red, white, and blue to my look. Any suggestions? (I'll probably wear jean shorts with it). I know it's early, but the 4th of July is kind of a big deal in our circle and we celebrate accordingly.

I have American flag shoes (tennis and heels) and a flag belt & buckle I'd pair with it. I paint my nails with flags or RW&B stripes. Also my patriotic jewelry, but the 4th isn't just a big deal for me, it's the BIGGEST! :-D Hence the reason we got married on the 3rd of July.

I don't know you're going to be doing anything where you could get real dirty but if it were me I'd wear it with my white jean distressed capri pants and wedges (or flip flops)

I love the idea of the shoes & bangles! I found these bad boys on Payless and am pretty excited abou them. I might add a knotted RWB bandana to my hair, too. Thanks everyone!

So I'm not the best for fashion advice, but jeans and shirts and I can get involved. I would wear faded blue jeans, red flip flops, blue toe nails, and red finger nails.  Totally patriotic, but not so over the top. Though I totally got fireworks nails done once and that was pretty cool.

Those flats are super cute, but lord those sandals are god awful.

shrekspeare  I wore the sandals during the wedding and the flats for dancing. They actually were fun and cute since they only peeked out occasionally. I realize they are over the top and gawdy - but most people have come to expect it from me :-p And for a RW&B fireworks wedding they were pretty perfect.
