Milwaukee Ceremony Site Help!

My Fiance and I are looking to find a site for our ceremony in downtown Milwaukee. We are having our recption at the Grain Exchange, so we don't want to go too far away from the downtown area for the ceremony. We would have it at the Grain Exchange but they only accomodate 200ish people for the ceremony and we'll have up to 250 people attending the wedding.  I have looked at some churches in the area, but for most you must be practicing members of that church or have a letter from the priest at your church but we are not practicing members of a church. Does anyone know of a nice ceremony site that we might be able to look into?

Thanks for your help!

Are you specifically looking for a church?  If you're not set on a church, do you want an indoor or outdoor ceremony?

    Nearby locations:
O'Donnell Parks (Miller Room/Harbor Lights Room) has space for ceremonies
    War Memorial
    Art Museum
    Pier Wisconsin
    Wedding Countdown Ticker

No, we're not specifically looking for a church. We're looking to do an indoor ceremony.

Thanks for the locations! I will make sure to check them out! =)

Why not have the ceremony at the Grain Exchange as well as the reception?
I've been to two weddings at the Grain Exchange that had both the ceremony and the reception there--both were beautiful!

Villa Terrace/Charles Allis Art Museum...it has a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan, and there are options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.

We thought about having the ceremony at the Grain Exchange, but it looks like our guest list is going to be larger than they can accomodate for the ceremony.

Thanks for the location. I will make sure to check it out. I really appreciate the help!
