Wedding tent to share at Chelsea Mansion

Any brides looking to get Married June 2015 at Chelsea Mansion in Muttontown Long Island? The venue is beautiful but too small to hold my 200+ wedding.  Tents are super expensive, but much of that is in the set up and breakdown. If someone is interested in this venue, please let me know as we could go half half on the tent (you take it the Saturday, I take it the Sunday, or vice versa).   I am flexible on dates.

Hi... I am not getting married there but I was just wondering if this would be worth the headache? The logistics of this sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Have you spoken to a rental company (and venue) to see if they can accommodate this option? At the very least, you should be able to afford the tent on your own, just in case. Splitting costs would simply be a bonus.

Thanks for your reply.  I can afford it, but it is just so much money for one day.  I met with a caterer who gave me this option for a different weekend that doesn't work for me (she has done this before with the tent company/venue), so I thought I would give it a shot.  The venue is stunning and there are tons of people who would love to get marries there.  I am sure there are others who are also hesitant because the cost of the tent.

So ladies-any takers, let me know!
