White veil w/ ivory dress??

Ladies, dilemma! The bridal shop I purchased my gown and veil from did not have the veil in ivory to match the dress, although the style of the veil matches perfectly. The shop owner is unable to order the veil in ivory since she no longer has an account with the designer. 

So, my choices are either go with the beautiful white veil and have it be off in color from my dress, or go with a different veil entirely that's in ivory to match the color. There are no other veil styles that look as great with my dress, but I'm worried people will notice how bright the veil is versus the gown. 

What would you guys do in my position?

    I'd need to see a picture of the dress and veil together. 

    I know that I did not like the look of the bright white veils with my ivory dress, but it probably depends on the exact colors of both (soft white looked better).  Also, if the veil is largly sheer you might not be able to tell as much as if there were a 1" wide bright white ribbon around the edge.

    Do you have to get your veil from that shop?  What about looking on ebay or etsy?

    To give an full opinion, I would have to see a picture of both the veil & the dress.

    I would get the veil else where. What are the chances you were told the maker of it?

    i would try and find the veil elsewhere... If the store can't help you find what you need then they should give you the information to go and get it somewhere that can.  Customer Service at it's finest!

    Or why can't she just re-establish an account to order the correct veil?
