Hello Ladies, can I please get some prices per head/ package pricing for the following places:

1.Champagne Palace

2.Elms Mansion

3.Fleur de lis Event Center

4.Cedar Grove Plantation

5.Audubon Tea Room

Not sure of some, but Elms Mansion and Audubon Tea Room are much higher than the others. Elms is a $25,000 minimum for Saturday nights if I remember correctly.

I booked at Cedar Grove in 2013. Her packages are totally inclusive! I don't know your guest count, but mine is 200, so the prices for 200 as of 2013: Friday night is $11500, Saturday night is $12500, day weddings are $11000, and receptions are $1000. I've been to Champagne Palace several times and my cousin got married there she paid $14000 (300 guests) for the reception only. The atmospheres are very different in comparison, so you may want to tour them both. Cedar Grove definitely wins when it comes to the food and bar (I'm a bartender). She serves only a premium bar! and we were full within 30 minutes of being there. I love how most of there food is hand passed, so your guests don't even have to get up, much less wait in a line for food. Let me know if you have any questions. We're having our reception at The Elms on a Saturday and the pricing is as follows:

Venue Rental:  $2900

Minimum: 150 people at $51.50 pp ($7,725)

Additional Hour Rental:  $2,150

That's roughly an 11k minimum.  Hope this helps!

My brother and his fiancé are booking a wedding at the Champange Palace September 19, 2014 and it was $16,900 for 250 people on a Saturday night with $1300 extra to do the ceremony there.
