Wilkes-Barre PA Reception Venues

Hello Everyone,

Does anyone have idea for a wedding reception venue in Wilkes-Barre, PA that is cheaper than the hotels?  I am in need of a venue that is actually IN Wilkes-Barre and not the surrounding areas.  With a 10K-ish budget, the advertised wedding reception venues are not realistic.
