Alright, I'm sick of seeing these GBF and "omg lesbian bridesmaid" posts. It's silly. I just can't anymore.

I'm in Toronto this weekend, and it's World Pride right now! Dyke March tomorrow, Pride Parade on Sunday. Tonight, I'm heading to a drag show downtown to watch a friend perform. 

As part of my pride ritual, I will likely not be sober again until at least Monday.

I was at the Pride Parade in Indianapolis last year.  Had a blast.  The year before that at the parade in NOLA.

For a straight girl I've hit up a few around the country.

My state always does our pride in like April (because of our insane heat) so I always manage to forget that June is in fact gay pride month (bad lesbian! bad!), until I see something on line.

This year we actually ditched pride and went to the Diana instead. I think I might still be hungover from that trip...but so much fucking fun.

I'm so disappointed I missed Pride this year. I live in Chelsea (in Manhattan), and it is one BIG party all weekend! My parents are going on vacation this week and wanted to see us before their trip and yesterday was the only day that worked, boo! Here's a pic I snapped though on Saturday night.

I went to Seattle Pride yesterday and George Takei AND Mackemore where there!!! I LOVED it!!!!! I will go again next year!!! omg...I wish its wasnt over.

I've marched in the Columbus Pride Parade with DH for the past 5 years.  Had to miss it this year because it was the same weekend as my out of town bachelorette party.  I was so bummed.  Especially since George Takei was the grand marshal. 

ETA:

The view from as we turned on to High Street last year, after passing a measly 15 or 20 dumbass protestors.  The crowd of supporters only grew larger as we walked the 2 mile route.
