I am half Czech and a fourth French so I know a good deal of their customs but I wasn't sure if they had any really fun ones for weddings. We are having kolache and rolicky on the desert table but other then some delicious appetizers I haven't found a cool way to include my culture into my wedding.
My boyfriend's family came from Norway but they went fully into American life so he knows very little about his own heritage. We are thinking of doing the Norwegian blindfolded cake cutting but other then that (and maybe a cute crown) I couldn't think of any other cool customs we could incorporate.
Mostly, I want something that is interesting, unique, and informative. I want the guests at the wedding to enjoy themselves but learn about a new culture (or maybe their own) at the same time.
