FitBit one stuck

I was excited to finally be able to pick up a FitBit today. I've got it all set up, but the FitBit is stuck in the charger. I can't figure out how to get it out. Both DH and I have tried giving it a firm tuck (as per FitBit's online support) and nothing works. Has anyone had this problem with a FitBit One?

    Oh hay, I just picked up the FitBit Flex yesterday! The Flex was the same price as the One (at BestBuy at least), but my friend who recommended FitBit has a One. She suggested popping it out from the back? It might feel like you're breaking it, but there are ridges inside that keep the FitBit in place and you need to push firmly to get it past that.

    If you're still having trouble, maybe taking it to an electronics store where they sell them (BestBuy, Microsoft/Apple Stores) and see if an employee can help.
