If you were to have your reception at a hotel with a banquet facility what would you like to see offered? Would you appreciate them adding a complimentary unlimited soda package, specialty napkin fold, or chair covers & ties to enhance the room?

You sound like a vendor who is trying to figure out what type of package to sell at your venue. 

I'd like to see diferent package levles.  One would be very basic (just room rental) and then the others could have more options.  I would not include the napkin folding and chair covers in the lower level packages.
