Where did you go on your honeymoon? Pros/Cons?

We're going to Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany!

Pros: BEER, beautiful scenery, pleasant town / townspeople, climate / weather is almost identical to where we live (Pittsburgh), lots of things to do (Oktoberfest festivities, museums, lakes, hiking trails, nightclubs, restaurants, etc)

Cons: Long plane ride, gotta convert $ to € while the exchange rate is good, no beach (other than the lakeside, but not quite the same...), have to budget for many U-bahn tickets (their subway system is SUBLIME, but you do have to ride it to get to a lot of places)

Cancun has traditionally been looked at as a spring break party area! But that is changing with some of the nicer resorts opening up there. Riviera Maya area has been getting a lot of attention lately because of some of the awesome restaurants popping up around there as well giving it more than just a fly into a resort and stay there the entire week!
