I have been searching caterers and have not found exactly what I am looking for. I love the clambake idea, but not all my guests are as big a fan of seafood as I am. My ideal meal would include lobster rolls instead of full lobster that needs to be cracked and gets messy. But I have not found that either. My ideal setting would be to create my menu and have someone cater it. Anyone know of a place that does that? I'm in southeastern Mass

    Try posting on your local board, you will have better chances of finding local caterers.

    Any good caterer should be able to work with you and what you would like to serve (within reason), but you will pay a premium for catered lobster as well as designing your own menu from scratch.

    Also look at local restaurants that have the type of food you like, they may have a catering option.
