Which Bridal Show?

There are two bridal shows in the area this Sunday-- a Bridal Show, Inc. one in Irving (which is also $10 to attend) and a Signature Bridal Show one in Plano (which is free to attend). Which is the better one to attend?

Re: Which Bridal Show?

  • I recommend the Signature Bridal Show. It is a little smaller and the vendors make you feel like a person, not a number. I have been to the Brides Inc and Signature and now won't go to any one except the Signature bridal Show.
  • @almorein2014 Thank you! I wasn't sure if bigger=better for bridal shows, but that makes sense about feeling like a person rather than a number. Are there still a good assortment of vendors at the smaller ones?

  • Yes. They also limit the amount of vendors in each category, where Brides Inc allows as many that want to attend but the "assortment" of different types of vendors is the same. Signature Bridal Shows has about 100-150 vendors so it is a little less overwhelming for the brides.
  • Make sure you make a "wedding-only" email address to register, unless you want your personal email to be spammed from here until eternity.

  • Great point professor!
  • Perfect! Plus the Signature one is free, so it's even more appealing.

@professorscience Good tip! I'll definitely do that. Thank you!

  • I will tell you which one to NOT do. We went to the "Great Bridal Expo" in Dallas back in March. It was terrible! They only had a few vendors (maybe 2 dress places, one cake lady and LOTS of those "win a free trip" type of deals"). No DJs, photographers, limo, catering. NOT worth the money or the trip, it was disappointing! (especially because we came hungry!)
