CJ/Shore Venue search...beach or quirky, no ballrooms!

Hi everyone. We are just starting our venue search. I am looking for something overlooking water: beach, bay, lake, river etc. Going to see the Watermark in AP this weekend. I am super flex on dates. I also wouldn't mind a more unique inland venue such as a barn, inn, etc. My only caveat is NO BALLROOMS. I really love the setup of the Watermark and would love something similar.

    These are a few I could think of off the top of my head that over look the water: Avenue in Long Branch, Liberty House in Jersey City, and Maritime Parc in Jersey City. For a more inland venue you can look at Laurita Winery in New Egypt, it is very beautiful. Also one venue I considered because it was unique was Raven and the Peach in Fair Haven.
