what does real glitter mean?

What is the diffrence between real glitter and faux glitter invitations?
Besides the cost.

Can you tell which is which?

It means that one invitation has real glitter on it and the other invitation has paper that looks glittery but doesn't actually contain real glitter.

They way you tell which is which is by reading the description and if you are looking at it in person touch it and if you end up with glitter on your hands then the invitation is real glitter.

This.  I hate any invitation or card that has glitter on it.  I pay special attention to make sure I don't buy Christmas cards with glitter because I know I can't stand the stuff and it ends up getting everywhere!

This. As the mother of a 3 yo I beg people not to add glitter to things. I was cleaning today and found glitter on the back of my toilet. On. My. Toilet.
