Looking for my gown and bridesmaids

I want to set a date to go look at gowns and my bridesmaids want to go too. I need to also look at bridesmaids gowns. Would it be a good idea to do both in one day?

I would not recommend doing both in one day. It's just a lot yo deal with, especially if you're the emotional type.

I think it would be too much. A couple thoughts... 

1) I would really try to keep who you bring with you dress shopping to a minimum. Too many opinions can cloud your judgement and you really don't want dress regret. 

2) Would you consider giving your bridesmaids a length and color and letting them choose their own. I don't know anyone who would ever wear a bridal shop dress again and the mismatch look gives them the opportunity to pick the best style for their shape and price for their budget. If you don't do this, make sure to ask their budget PRIOR to shopping and individually. You must stick to the lowest budget.
