Good afternoon!
I am getting married next year and plan on having a private ceremony followed by a semi-casual reception. There will be an open bar and buffet followed by toasts and dancing. I am comfortable with the flow of events except for the very beginning! Immediate family will already be at the reception because the private ceremony is on site also so when reception guests come they can join them for cocktails. My problem is, how do my fiance and I get introduced?! The band isn't starting until later after dinner so we don't plan on having an emcee there at the time I am introduced.
Any suggestions? Any help is appreciated:-)
