Invitation Insert Question

I know this should be in the invites section, but I am putting this here because...well I got nothing. I may XP.

 

I am wanting to let my OOT guests know about our room block (we are not doing a website) so I am wanting to put a small insert into their invitation. I am not sure how to word this. I am thinking something like:

We have reserved a small number of rooms at:

Hotel Name

Address

Phone Number

To reserve a room with this block, please call the hotel and use the code BJW no later than 09/16/14.

Should I include the room rate on this? I am just not feeling this wording too much but I don't know what else to put.

Hmmm... I included the room types and rates on the website, but you don't have one. My insert said something like:

A block of rooms has been reserved at the (Hotel) in (City). Please mention the (Name/Name) wedding when you make your reservation. Discounted rate is available until 8/22.
Please see (Website) for more details.

No, just on the website. I had limited real estate on my insert since I was also listing out the full entree descriptions. Here's what I listed on the website (ETA: plus the address and phone number, obvs):

A block of rooms has been reserved for our out of town guests at the (Hotel) in (City), located just off (freeway and cross street). Please mention the (Name/Name) Wedding when you call to make your reservation, or use the link below to book online. Rooms are available both Friday and Saturday nights at the following rates, which include a full hot breakfast. The hotel has an indoor pool so pack your swimsuit! Rates and rooms will be held until August 22.

King Bed:  $89.00

King Bed with Pullout Sofa Bed:  $95.00

Two Double Beds:  $99.00

Shuttle transportation has been arranged between the (Hotel) and the (Venue). Full details will be available here soon!

Our hotel gave us inserts that we could put in the invitations, it allowed us put on there the room rate, our name and the reservation code.  It also included check in/out times and directions.

Our hotel gave us some inserts to add to our invitations but they were a low quality print job, so I re-did them. It had the hotel name/address/phone, the room rates, the parking date, and the reservation website. We did them in a pretty large font, and each was a quarter-page in size.
