    Am I remembering correctly that FFIL possibly won't be able to make it to the wedding anyway? Because of health reasons? If that is the case and GF is his caretaker, then there seems to be a very good case she won't be able to make it anyway, right? But I do agree with PPs about just not sending an invitation, even though it is implied. Especially since he is IN the wedding party.
