Plus 1 question-found out after invites went out

So, I know the rule is you must always invite someone's significant other-totally get it. I invited my cousin who is in his early 20's and lives at home with my aunt. We go to their house for a minimum of Christmas and Easter each year and we also see each other once or twice a year minimum at other family members' houses. I just found out-my mom sent me a message saying hey by the way...did you know? - that he has a long term (several years) girlfriend. invitations have been out for some time now and the wedding is in 4 weeks. I have never even heard mention of her by him or other family members (his mother, his sisters) let alone met her. Question is...is there something I should be doing now?

do you have a relationship where you can call him directly and say that you didnt realize he had a girlfriend and invite her verbally? I'm sure communicating through the aunt is acceptable too

I'd call him myself.  "Our mothers were talking and I heard you have a girlfriend.  I am so sorry I didn't ask for her name before the invitations went out!  Please know she is absolutely welcome to join you at my wedding.  I'd love to meet her!"

If she was a significant other and you spend major holidays with her and are just NOW finding out about her , I wouldn't worry. I see you already plan to call your aunt so that solves it all
