How much are wedding planners in NOLA?

Hi guys - Is anyone using a wedding planner?  I'm looking for a ball park on the prices around here without having to contact all of the planners.  Seems like some do do "day-of" coordinating and others do the whole shabang.

    Pricing varies based on experience, which package you get (full wedding planning or just day of coordination), and frankly, success and popularity of the planner.

    I'm working with Tying the Knot Wedding Coordination, and Elyse and her Associate Coordinator Melissa have been INVALUABLE.  I can't imagine planning all of this without them!  They have great relationships with local vendors, are organized and personable, and have talent for design.  I highly recommend if you have the budget.

    I'm going with For Love and Charm.  She just moved here but has been a planner before, so she discounted her rate as she tries to build up business.  Try reaching out to her!
