What colors look best?!

Help! See the attached pictures. There is a pic of an allure tan suit, short oasis bridesmaid dress and the bouquets…

What color shoes and jewelry do you suggest for the bridal party?!

There is also a picture of a few shoes; one is metallic champagne and the other is nude.

Do you guys think silver, gold, or nude for shoes?

And jewelry!?

Thank you in advance!!

Re: What colors look best?!

  • I think the blue dress and the orange are great as combo accent colors! I would steer clear of adding too many other colors to the wedding, because they are so opposite! I think the blue and orange together are a beautiful and unexpected combo and the taupe suit looks better than a black suit would, for sure!
  • For shoes I would stay very simple, as well as jewelry, both silver or gold, but simple.

  • any nude shoes. I think a simple gold or pearl necklace would look good.

Remember, if you tell your BMs a specific shoe (outside of "any nude shoes") or specific jewelry, you need to pay for it.

  • Another vote for nude shoes. I think either silver or gold jewelry would work well - I would let your girls choose whichever they prefer.

  • thank you guys so much for the advice.  I am definitely going with nude shoes.  I will shop for necklaces today!
  • I think you would be safe telling your girls to get any type of a light colored metallic or nude shoe. The reason I say light metallic is I don't think a bright gold or a dark bronze/cooper would look good. If you give them those limitations, they should be able to all find something that will work in their own budgets & comforts, if they don't already own something. Trust me, people won't care if the shoes aren't all the same color/style. With the girls wearing the same dress, it's a great way for them to show a little bit of their own personality.

For acessories, you can do a simple gold or silver necklace. I'm a silver girl myself but I realize either will go. Or you can go get some evening/party stuff for the white bling factor. Depending on the girls personal styles, you can do necklaces, earrings & bracelets or just do some bigger earrings & a bracelet.

  • Agree with all the nude shoe suggestions.  I'd skip necklaces and just select simple stud earrings, like crystal ones.  J Crew had cute little cluster ones in pretty gift boxes ready to go last time I was there, and they were inexpensive--$24 or $28.
