Wedding Venues in East Central Illinois

Hi all! I'm newly engaged!!!! :D

My dream wedding/reception has always been to have it either outside in a picturesque area (honestly, I love the "Twilight" wedding!!!) and/or a venue with nearly all windows and/or a skylight/glass ceiling (vaulted would be ideal). I want lots of light and I want to be able to see the stars at night (yeah I know, weather pending). Problem is growing up in rural Illinois. I currently live in Alabama with my fiance (who is from Nashville, TN) and there are beautiful places here AND in Nashville (although not exactly what I'm going for) --- but 80% of our guests live in east central Illinois and won't be able to travel that far. HELP! Any suggestions?

    Try Allerton Park & Retreat Center in Monticello between Champaign and Springfield... I thought this place was beautiful. My photographer suggested it for an engagement session.
