Free/cheap wedding ceremony locations in SE Wisconsin?

My fiance and I are living in Oklahoma City and we are getting married this fall in SE wisconsin near my family in Sheboygan. We are very open to areas around Sheboygan (within 60 miles) for ceremony sites (preferably outdoors & somewhat private). I have checked a few garden locations but am not finding anything that is reasonably priced. I am not looking at spending more than $100 since there will be less than 50 people there, and the ceremony will be short and sweet...well under an hour. If anyone knows of any locations for me to check into, please let me know. I really appreciate it!

I had looked into Fond du Lac's Lakeside park at one point. They were under $100, but you wouldn't get an enclosed building. They have two different gazebos and a few shelter areas with picnic tables. It is VERY pretty and would have had our ceremony there except I wanted to something different than every one else. Fond du Lac is about a half hour from Sheboygan. If that's too far maybe there would a nice like that closer to Sheboygan. I don't know if that's anything you would be interested in, but I hope it helps.
