I get this. The first testimony from the mom of the flower girl was shallow.  However, I can see it being beneficial for people who are feeling self conscious about the cast and wanting it not to stick out as much.  They also have covers for PICCs and I can see people not wanting that to show in certain circumstances and not wanting to have to answer a million questions about what it is and why they have it.
