Engagement photos with pets

I see lots of cute engagement pics with people's dogs and horses....but rarely any with cats.  We have 3 cats.  Has anyone ever attempted a photoshoot with cats?

Fi wants to do this.... but I think nope.  Maybe we'll get a quick snap with the kitties before we leave the house for the photos.   Cats are really hard to control for photos.  They have minds of their own.

Cats are, well cats. If you have a nice place in your home and are planning on doing your engagment pics at home or nearby it wouldn't hurt to ask your photog, but I wouldn't take them someplace public.

I would love to have a nice picture with us and our 4 cats. Yeah... it's never gonna happen! they run the house, not us!

Ah, I would love it if I were getting engagement photos.  Maybe the photographer could use cat toys and/or treats to make the cats pay attention, etc.  Below are some cute pictures.  Although, if you have shy cats that don't like strangers then it wouldn't really work since they would probably be hiding.

I'm so tempted to get a picture with our kitty, but am not sure if I will come across as "crazy cat lady".

Yeah... my asshole cat would not be down for that. He would be adorable IN them, but he's not gonna sit long enough, or behave long enough, or even be tolerant enough to do that. He's a spoiled stinky brat.

We did get photobombed by FI's parents' dog though...
