    You need to pay someone to do the co-ordination.  Choose a venue, like a country club, that has one included.  They arrange things for you according to your choices.  Try to be flexible.
    You are responsible for your clothing and invitations.  The smaller your wedding party and guest list, the easier it will be. 
    Check with the state about how to get your marriage license.  Some states have easier requirements than others.  (Nevada)
