So DH and I just returned home from a 4 day cruise to Canada. Had a wonderful time aside from my sea sickness LOL. We purchased two bottles of liquor, specifically the Johnnie Walker Explorers Club Whiskey because you can only get those at Duty-Free. Well they delivered the boxes to our room last night, but they were sealed, so we couldn't open them.
Returned home this morning, opened them, and sure enough we didn't receive the Explorers Club pack that we ordered and like what the receipt says. Called Carnival and they gave us a number to call because they aren't in charge of the shops on board. Called the other company's number, and they are closed until 1pm EST for lunch and their website was no help. So now we have to wait another 1/2 hour to try to resolve this.
Anyone else ever experience something similar? I don't know what to expect, I just know DH is very upset.
