I sent a Save the Date to my team leader at work. Since then, she has resigned and moved 2 hrs away. I haven't heard from her since mid-June. Do I still have to send her a wedding invitation? I'm assuming the chances of her coming are slim to none considering we have not kept in touch (no one from my team at work has kept in touch with her) and due to the long distance of the wedding from her home.
I don't want to be rude, but I'd rather not waste an invitation :-/
