I got 2 RSVPs back already!

You guys, this is like Christmas!

I just sent them out a few days ago. This is so exciting! 

P.S. There isn't actually a point to this post. I am just so excited.

They might surprise you. One of the two first ones received was from somebody that I would have most expected not to RSVP. She's a great friend, but she REALLY has no healthy respect of other people's time/plans etc. The other one was from FIs totally Type-A aunt. That one did not surprise me at all, haha.

I sent mine Wednesday afternoon and had my first RSVP Saturday. It was crazy.

I've gotten 40% of the RSVPs from my side, none from FI's side. We'll see how that goes.

The deadline for RSVPs is in 4 days, and I have received a little over half back. Eek! Not really stressing because most that have not responded are those that are likely not coming (but, of course, we would love for them to come). So far have under 60 attending, and we are expecting 85. 

I hope they come in soon. I gave a week's leeway before I need to start calling people for the final headcount.

I keep checking my phone and email for responses, getting annoyed that I don't have any, and then remembering that we haven't actually sent the invites yet because the post office was closed when we went...

We are 3 days after our RSVP due date and I still have about 25 people to hunt down!! What is so hard about writing your name on a card and sending it back? I'm going to wait until the end of the week just to give the benefit of the doubt to people who probably looked at the card the day it was due and then sent it in...

We just sent out our invites last Thursday - received 3 RSVPs last night (we're doing via email). 

I seriously think I'm addicted.  This might turn into a problem.

How exciting! I remember how excited I was when I got my first one back a couple of days after they went out. Now our due date is a little over a week away and I'm still waiting on about 15-20 RSVPS (and we only have a 65 person guest list!). I have a feeling FI will be making calls to his family members (most of our guest list is his family).
