Wednesday Accountability

B:  100 Cal Greek Yogurt, lower sugar oatmeal, coffee
L:  Grilled chicken, steamed veggies, brown rice
D:  Whole wheat pasta
S:  100 cal almonds, pudding, rice krispy treat, ice cream ??

E:  Day 3 T23

Day 2 was bad.  I am super uncoordinated, had a hard time following the modifier girl, my calves hurt and have declared war on me (as do the rest of my legs) and I have absolutely no balance what so ever!!!

  • B- Egg whites and turkey sausage and smoothie

    L- peanut butter and jelly sandwich lol..I feel like I'm 8 years old again.

    D- I think left over buffalo chicken and sweet potatoes

    E- CrossFit yo even though I'm sore from yesterday
  • @Dignity100 - it gets better!!!!!  just work through what you can, and in a few days you'll start to do a lot better.

    B:  H made breakfast this morning, so we had 2 eggs, 1 pc. bacon, 1 pc. WW toast with raspberry preserves, coffee
    L:  arugula pesto pasta salad with shredded chicken thighs; cherries
    S:  1 pc. WW zucchini choc chip bread
    D:  chile-lime roasted chicken legs, some kind of veggie, brown rice medley; watermelon

    WO:  rest day!!


  • B: Toasted bagel thin with Smart Balance, 1 HB egg
    S: Banana
    L: Tuna salad with tomato, cucumber, and vinegar on a sandwich thin
    S: Pineapple
    D: Unsure. If I don't come back to work after my appointment, I might throw together turkey burgers so I eat before bocce. If I don't do that I'll have to eat out and make good choices. I'll have about 600 calories to work with so I'll definitely be ok there. 

    W: 3 liters 

    I've been doing great at drinking my water goal this week! I've been peeing like a crazy person but my body is grateful, I think :)



  • B- hot chocolate,  yogurt with blueberries

    L-vegan shepard's pie

    S-apple

    D-probably vegan nachos

    S-wine, and chex mix

    E- elliptical and abs work out

    S: banana

    L: leftover spaghetti

    D: grouper burger and sweet potato fries

    E: Didn't make it to the gym yesterday so going today! Yesterday's workout was "break your back in the yard day"...ugh...



  • B: Coffee and breakfast bar

    L: Smart One's chicken parm frozen dinner

    S: Cheese stick

    D: Not sure yet, but most likely chicken

    E: Cheer and hopefully trying DVD 1 of 21 day fix.

  • I suppose I should check in at the start of the day for these :) 

    Today I had:
    B: Northern light caramel high rise from Caribou
    L: Wendy's asian chicken salad (1/2) order small fry <<< WHYYYYY??/ but it was so good.
    D:  Still undecided.... 
    E:  Jillian Michael's 30ds level 2 day 2...  My right thigh is SUPER sore and I had a hard time with some lunges today.. but I survived.
