Wedding venue with Chinese Caterer!

We just got engaged and have been going crazy looking for a nice venue which allow Chinese caterers (not a traditional Chinese restaurant but serves the 10 courses traditional meal).

Any advise or recommendation?  Many Thanks!

    Which area are you looking at and what is your budget? I know JMB in San Francisco has a preferred caterer that does a 9 course meal, but the food's not super traditional.
