Is there anything out there to cover by dress for a December wedding that is not faux fur, lace or a bolero? I've been searching forever!

What exactly are you wanting if you don't want those things listed?

I mean you could always wear a cardigan or a fancy jacket or a pashmina (or other type of wrap) but I am not sure what else there is.

Ooh!  I love the look of the full length jackets.  I've never seen those before.  Guess it comes from goring up in a place where cold, like, really, really, really, middle of winter at 3AM, cold, is about 40.

I'm getting married December 1st with an outdoor ceremony (pending rain). My colors are grey and blush and I just so happen to have a handmade cape that is reversible - black on one side, grey on the other. I'm so excited that the grey side will work in perfectly for my wedding, as I do love the cape I have!

You can really do anything you want. How about an offwhite or white pea coat, or even a leather jacket? My wedding is early November and I don't expect to be outside much at all, but just in case it's freezing I'm planning to get a pashmina. I'm thinking about one that's a silk/cashmere blend from www.thepashminastore.com, in a silver gray (my dress has silver beading).
