What do you call this? Necklace piece (NWR)

I saw this thing in a shop and didn't buy it. When I went back, they were gone and I, of course, failed to get a picture.

The piece looks vaguely like a small hoop earring and it is used to wear long necklaces in multiple ways. The way they showed it in the shop, you could wind a long strand necklace together then clasp the edges together around your neck with it, creating something of an adjustable clasp. The one I liked looked silver with some diamond-y accents but I'm flexible on colors/designs.

I bought my mom a long strand of black freshwater pearls and this would give her many more options for wearing them, I just don't know where to find it.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to find these? Thanks!

  • It is called a large O ring.  You can buy them cheaply at Hobby Lobby.  I would spend the extra for sterling silver.  Make certain the clasp can fit over the ring.
