    I'm sorry, but every time I see this thread title it makes me giggle because it sounds like you want to talk dirty about washing machines. 

    For what it's worth, I vastly prefer front-loading washers, but it pisses me off that most HE washers get a mouldy smell in them if you don't leave the door open all the time.

    We got a new washer (and dryer) last year. We went with an LG top loader. It has no agitator. I love it. I'll never buy a front loader. I'm short, so the only disadvantage, as others mentioned, is the reach sometimes. My DH thinks I'm going to fall in someday.
