The Golden Mast

Has anyone had their ceremony or reception at the Golden Mast on Okauchee Lake?  What was their impression and how did it compare to other venues in the area?  How was the planning process?  the food?  Thank you for your help!

    A friend of mine had her reception there this past September and my mom got remarried there a few years back.  I think it's gorgeous and a ceremony right on the lake is very hard to beat! I was there for a summer wedding (my mom's) and a fall wedding (my friend's) and both were beautiful. The food is great and the service was awesome.

    Its very beautiful, but fyi - if you have a wedding during peak season on a Saturday, you must have a minimum of 200 guests attend. This is why I chose against this location.

    Thank you both!  We'll probably do a Friday evening, because you're right the minumum is quite high on a Saturday, 250!!
