  • B: WW english muffin with a little whipped butter, 2 eggs cooked in leftover cocoa chile sauce; brought an iced coffee and banana to work

    L: chopped romaine, kalua pork, white rice, avocado; 1 Dove choc and nectarine from the farmer's market

    : tiny Macintosh apple from the farmer's market (so cute!!) and a little bit of cheese

    D: red wine braised ckn drumsticks, zucchini and pancetta, WW bowtie pasta; farmer's market watermelon


    it looks like I eat a ton, but I promise I'm not a piggy!!  :)

  • Today is a bad day for me.

    B: DD bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and diet coke

    L: Probably Chick Fil A or Subway, woke up late and didn't have time to pack lunch

    D: I'm sure I have food at home. Some kind of leftover casserole, I think. And some chopped veggies.

    E: All I can say is that between my three high fall risk patients who all keep trying top get out of bed at the same time, I will be running today...
  • Weekend was NOT good.  Why do I do so well during the week and my weekends I do terrible eating/drinking?  Ugh.

    B:  Large cup of fruit and cheese stick.

    L: Veggie salad with multi-bean turkey soup.

    D: Either Chicken salad with goat cheese or a microwave meal

    S: ?

  • B:  100-cal yogurt, oatmeal, coffee
    L:  They have 'Breakfast for lunch' today and waffles sure do sound good after my weekend!!
    D:  Not sure - FI's dad is going over to FI's house to watch pre-season football.  I think I'm just going to stay home.
    S:  Not sure??  Pudding?  Popcorn?

    E:  T25 Week 2 Day 1; my legs are still sore from Friday though, I'm so out of shape!!

  • My weekend was NOT good either! So I really need to get back on track.

    L: leftover schincken noodle, peach

    D: Dunno yet

    E: Nothing specific...unless kitchen re-org counts?



  • Blaaah no more eating whatever I want! Time to detox from all the junk in my system.

    B - nutrigrain bar, peppermint tea
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, baby carrots, granola bar, fruit snacks
    S - Babybel cheese, granola bar
    D - no idea. Maybe tilapia with peas and corn? I need to go to the grocery store tonight because we're out of everything.
    E - doubtful. I feel like poo and have errands to run after work.
