Ecstatic with our videographer.

I am so pleased with my videographer, they made the most wonderful wedding short film.  I can't stop crying every time I look at it.  FI absolutely did not want to drop the money on it. Now,  he is happy we did.  My hairdresser made me late by one and a half hours (not to the wedding, but I could not do many pictures before the ceremony.)  That meant we had to eat the time spent with our guests and do pictures when we were supposed to be enjoying the evening.  I was so rushed that it went by in such a blur.  I am 100% thankful I got a videographer.  I kept crying because every time I saw a scene from our short film, I remembered something else about our beautiful wedding day. 

   If it's not in your budget, it's completely understandable.  But if you can swing it, with a good videographer, it will be like reliving that day all over again.

That's awesome! I think you helped me arrive at a decision. FI and I are locking down our photographer this week. We were on the fence about adding the videographer. Adding the video to our package would be affordable, but slightly above the budget we allotted. I think after this post I will talk to him about it and we will decide to add it on. It is a once in a lifetime day, so it would make sense to splurge a bit

Would I be a huge attention whore if I shared it? It's only six minutes long.  It's less of a look at me, but look at my amazing videographer.  They stayed ALL NIGHT LONG.  They stayed 2 hours past their time, because they felt bad that I had been so detained.  They really enjoy their work.  Chemistry is key when dealing with vendors.  If you love them and they seem to really like you, it will be money well spent. If there is friction, look elsewhere. Being comfortable with them and knowing your day is important to them, too, makes all of the difference in the world

I would love it if you posted your video! I was going to ask, but was not sure if asking for someone to post their video was too intrusive or something lol. I love looking at wedding videos

 I agree, one thing H and I are both 100% happy we did, was have a professional videographer! I love watching it, and reliving that day any time I want!

Wow, that video was truly amazing! Your wedding looked so amazing and fun. Video definitely does put you in the moment. Well, there is no doubt about it, we are going with a videographer
