    I totally blew it yesterday. I got all mopey about feeling sick, and FI worked late, sooooo I ate some Famous Amos cookies he keeps stashed around the house, finished out some Mr. Pibb, and ate some Cheez Its... oops.

    B - banana and PB2, peppermint tea
    S - Greek yogurt
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, baby carrots, applesauce, and sugar free Jello
    S - string cheese, granola bar
    D - taco salad
    E - probably none. Stupid sinuses.

    Good thing I didn't participate yesterday because I definitely blew it. At least FI and I did some working out yesterday evening and I'm sore from it today.

    I was pretty good yesterday except there was no way in hell I was cooking dinner after my root canal so I let H handle it and he made me a grilled cheese and tomato soup :)

    B: 1/2 mashed avocado and 1 hard-boiled egg on a bagel thin with Frank's
    S: Greek yogurt
    L: Soup
    S: Banana
    D: Hopefully making the ST Harissa Meatloaf tonight and serving it with kale something

    W: 3 liters. I've been slacking with my water in-take!
