Thanks for your suggestion about the school FB group. I started following them yesterday and they're pretty active, so that should help keep me in the loop. I have already found out about 4th and 5th grade battle of the books, ordering spiritwear, and gotten a reminder about times for tomorrow's open house.
So, you know, at least you're not failing my kindergarten.
