Fabric of Wedding dress versus bridesmaids dresses

Hello there,

I am getting married in a chiffon wedding dress and am absolutely stuck between two bridesmaids dresses.One is of chiffon material and one is made of a more satin material. Part of me is leaning towards chiffon dresses because they would go with my wedding dress. Does something like this matter? Would it make everything more cohesive? Thoughts on this topic would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :)

    I don't think it matters.  I personally like chiffon better....I also think it's more flattering :)  Good luck!

    I think its a nice touch to have the same fabric, but not at all necessary.

    My dress was embellished lace over satin, one of my girls wore a tiered chiffon dress, and the other was a taffeta skirt with a knit-like bodice.  Mixing fabircs is fine.
