  • I think it's great that they want to talk openly with couples, but I think the "let's have sex in a box on stage" could really be skipped. Awkwaaaard.

FI and I were just talking about that last night! Soooooo weird.... just a weird kind of voyeurism to be all "you can't see them, but there are people having sex RIGHTTHERERIGHTNOW!" Creepy. Will not watch.

  • This is so odd! Also, I would not be having sex in a box that multiple people had sex in, too. Who cleans the box?!

Ditto. What's the point of this part? Talk honestly about your rocky relationship with the counsellors, but how does having sex in a box on stage help anyone?

  • Obviously if you have sex at home and then go on the show, you will have forgotten all about your problems by the time you get there.  /sarcasm

  • And I heard on the radio this morning that a girl from VH1's "Dating Naked" is suing for $10 million because....they showed her naked. I've never seen the show so I have no idea what exactly they showed that they were supposed to blur (probably just a titty on VH1 I can't imagine them showing vag) but you signed up for a show called Dating NAKED. You spent hundred of hours in front of camera men and production workers naked. But now you're mad that some people saw you naked? God I seriously hope this bitch doesn't get awarded money.

They did show vag actually... which was a breach of contract. I wouldn't be surprised if she wins damages. (Although the part about ruining a relationship is GARBAGE.)

I know what these contracts are like, I don't really think they were in breach. They may have verbally promised that they would blur everything, but the language of the contract is usually iron-clad, even for shows that have zero nudity. Also usually these contracts have a binding arbitration agreement in them, so I would think the lawsuit will get kicked to an arbitrator. Though I have no idea how the shot got to air. I sit in the final reviews for shows-I've done some modeling shows where the contestants did nude shoots, it's practically pornographic how much we sit there, zoom in, watch over and over again to make sure everything is blurred. It's reviewed by a room of at least 6 people, including legal. And then it goes to the network to go through an approval process. For a show like Dating Naked they had to be even more cautious than we are on a show that is completely G-rated.
