Honeymoon Lingerie

So I just splurged on 9 new pairs of lacy underpants and this adorable lacy nightie. About half of the stuff is themed after our wedding colors (white with blue bows, blue with white lace, etc.)

Did you splurge? Will you? What about colors?

On an unrelated note, the shopping trip was a reward for the interview I got on Tuesday!

We're not going on a honeymoon but the wedding night lingerie I ordered arrived today. I'm still trying to decide if it's as wonderful as it looked online.

So jealous of your fundies! I think I might need a splurge like that too!

I didn't, but DH doesn't care much about lingerie.  He figures why bother, cos he's just going to take whatever I'm wearing off anyway.  

My Mom got me a set of 2 lacy thongs - 1 white that said Bride in small rhinestones, the other black that said Mrs.  I work those on the day of and the day after.

I bought some cute new underwear and four or five new pieces of lingerie. I only ended up wearing one set on our honeymoon, though--we never waited long enough for me to get it on, ha.

I wore some of what I got at my bachelorette. We changed into robes at the hotel and I wore just this little white lacy pair of cheeky underwear underneath. I buy more every once in awhile. Usually from Frederic's because it's cheap. However, VS is so much nicer and higher quality but also spendier.

I'm just buying some standard sexy shit for the honeymoon. I am going to make something like this though:

It's got black lace on top and black straps, but the underside is nude, and at the bottom of the lace they did a line of fringe so it gives a really awesome peekaboo effect. I'm going to jazz up some tie-side undies to match. I don't really do much sewing but this is something I can figure out on my own.

I got new lacy stuff to wear under my wedding dress. I didn't buy anything else, but I did get some nice stuff at my bach party to wear.

I bought some stuff from Frederick's before the wedding to wear on the honeymoon. I had to sneak it on while H was in the shower, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to use it.

I have one that I bought for a boudoir shoot that he hasn't seen yet. Other than that, I don't know. It doesn't normally stay on very long!

My DH always said he doesn't care much for lingerie also.  He just doesn't see the point and figures if I'm going to surprise him by put on lingerie, I might as well just surprise him by being naked. This was until I actually did buy some lingerie for the honeymoon... when I walked out in the new lingerie, he was smiling in a way I have never seen before.  Apparently he likes lingerie (at least on me) more than he thought he did.

I have a red lace pair that are specifically saved for days I need a confidence boost. Nothing to make you feel sexy like red lace!

Also, I am going to have to sneak several pairs of heels into my honeymoon bag. FI loves lingerie with heels, so I'mma make it happen for him. He loves it when I wear lacy stuff.

Nice going, heels and lingerie are a classic combo. My FI loves pearls with lingerie. He likes the classy, educated lady who gets nasty in bed look lol. I haven't decided on any lingerie to wear for my wedding night, but I'll be wearing those stick on boobies and probably a big old comfy granny panty under my wedding dress. Also, FI and I decided not to put pressure on ourselves when it comes to wedding night sex, just in case we are too drunk or tired for it. Then we won't be too disappointed!

Since no one currently sees my undergarments (FI and I are waiting) I haven't really cared what they look like. So I've spent a LOT of money replacing my comfy cotton undies with pretty lacy ones and will probably splurge more at the next semi-annual sale.

I bought a ton of stuff over the course of 2 years and kept them in a box that we would only open on our wedding night. I got to pull out all the outfits! So I splurged a LOT. But I love lingerie, and I can't wait to buy more when I have money one day.

Pinup Girl Clothing came out with some cute lingerie sets, one that FH loves. So I will probably purchase that and a few other pieces.

MOH is throwing me a lingerie shower for the benefit of FH. He loves lingerie and so do I. Macys has great sales. I love the Wacoal line, their range of sizes is great. They are pretty and their bras are some of the best.

I so will because I never have owned anything very pretty to wear to bed!!! I will also do the thing wear I buy many skimpy bikinis that would normally be embarrassing to wear for the honeymoon. I also hope we go to a topless beach, but that might embrass FI wayyyy too much.

FI and I are both virgins and are waiting until the wedding night ... so I have a ton. All my friends bought me so much stuff! It took me forever to figure out how some of it even worked.

All of my extended family lives all over the country so they couldn't come to my shower or bachelorette, so my mom threw me a "lingerie party" the night before the wedding (tradition on that side of the fmaily) and I was gifted like 7 new sets (plus other fun things!).

Then my bridal party took it all and bagged in separate bags and named each piece. Created a "menu" for H so each night on our honeymoon he picked off the menu and I would come out in that piece! Lots of fun

Angel: White satin teddy, blue lace tanga
