Cape Cod Private Oceanfront Wedding Venue - HELP!!!

Hi All!

I am newly engaged and my fiance and I really want to have a September 2015 Cape Cod wedding on a private oceanfront estate. Our vision is to rent the house for a week, spend time with close family and friends and also host our wedding on the property. We are expecting to have about 100 guests and would like to have a tented wedding. From prior discussions on the site I was able to find a couple of options including the Winslow Estate which is beautiful, but a bit pricey and the Bovey House (does anyone have a phone/email to contact the owner?). Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!!
