Restaurant choices HELP!!

We have a very small wedding part of 10 people and are starting to look for a restaurant to eat at after our photo tour, we don't want/need a private room as it will be nice to have the atmosphere of the restaurant. Any suggestions would be great especially if we can pre book? Cuisine wise my mum doesn't like Italian and my finances dad likes big portions!

we have a small group of about 10 as well and have been trying to decide on a restaurant. I have got an email from joes crab its inside caesars. We are still looking into some other options before we put a deposit down. They have a room that seats 14 and can display our cake for us.

For 10 people the options are endless. A price point and style would be helpful to know.

Thanks everyone price isn't too much of an issue main points are No Italian More choice than just fish/seafood dishes Reasonable portions Would like it to be somewhat formal nothing too casual Xx

With no price point and 10 people you're options are seriously endless! Is there a hotel you'd like to stay around? 

Here are a few that come to mind (notice we're steak people - haha)

Delmonico Steakhouse in Venetian

Carnevino Steakhouse  in Venetian

STK in Cosmo 

Texas De Brazil (if you're willing to go to town square - it's endless brazilian meats with huge 'salad' bar area)

Sirio in Aria (been here numerous times, love it!)

Jean Georges Steakhouse in Aria

I've hear the Eiffel Tower Restaurant is really good and you can't beat the view.

Tao for Asian. Kinda fancy, but not snooty, great food. 

Other Brazilian Steakhouses (a la Texas de Brazil) are Pampas in Planet Hollywood or Fogo de Chao on Flamingo.

Hugo's Cellar for something a little different. Very cozy atmosphere, very old school.

Gordon Ramsay Steak is amazing! Great atmosphere, not too casual and the food is to die for! We try to go there every time we're in Vegas. It's located in the Paris hotel.
