Hopefully I can come some time in the future. Marathon training is running my life right now though-I always have runs Tues/Weds/Thurs, so maybe after November 2nd I can have tacos.

I have delicious scallops tonight. I'll have tacos tomorrow night. I'll probably make some other tasty food on Thursday night and grab greasy pizza on Friday night. THIS is why it's good to be me when DH is away!

I mean, I eat salad every day for lunch and it's totally fine. I get a super awesome locally sourced GMO-free organic salad mix and toss in super sweet locally sourced organic grape tomatoes and sliced sirloin. I usually enjoy it. Except when I'm craving tacos. haha

I wish I could tonight ladies!  Next time though for sure.  The principal threw some last minute stuff at us today of what he wants in the classroom so I get to spend my night being creative LOL.
