Rachel at Chikara Salon in Eugene was incredible!!! It was a little pricey, but her work was amazing. We did a trial run, and she made me feel like a queen all the way through it, then proceeded to make both my hair and makeup a million times more amazing on the day of. She made sure I was relaxed and then pampered me so wonderfully! If you are looking for a great hair and makeup experience in the Eugene area, Rachel/Chikara is the way to go!!
