Wednesday Accountability

My stupid temporary crown came loose last night when I was eating and I bit into it and it broke into a bunch of pieces. I have to be careful while eating until I can get in for a new temp later today so I'm sticking with soft-ish foods until then. I most likely won't want another snack when I get back from that. I'm going to need something to add in at some point or else I'll be pretty under my daily calories today. 


B: High fiber oatmeal, banana

L: Lean Cuisine Chicken Parm

D: Homemade chicken chili 
S: ?

  • B- Coffee and smoothie

    L- Hummus and pita chips and maybe a turkey sandwich

    D- Grilled chicken, corn, and veggies

    B:  2 eggs, 1 pc. bacon, 1 WW english muffin with raspberry preserves, leftover green beans, coffee with splash of whole milk
    L:  left my lunch at home.  I have a Larabar and grapes and a peach at work, so I might try to survive on that since I had such a big breakfast.
    D:  ST Sweet and Spicy Asian Glazed drumsticks, brown rice, sauteed zucchini; fruit

    WO:  rest day

    ETA:  ended up walking over to the cafeteria with a friend for lunch... got a grilled chicken sandwich with cajun seasoning, pico, lettuce and then some steamed veggies and grapes.  much better lunch, and I stayed away from the chicken parm and fried cheese balls. 
  • B: english muffin with apple butter

    S: Coffee and a banana

    L: turkey sandwich, seaweed salad

    D: leftover spinach, kale, and goat cheese pasta

    E: Maybe working out in the yard tonight.

    L: Chicken salad most likely

    D: Black beans, veggies and quinoa with cheese and onions

    S: Popcorn

    E: At least 2 miles on the treadmill

  • B-hot chocolate, yogurt with strawberries

    L-sweet potato soup

    S- cookie and maybe an Apple

    D-eggplant with some sweet potato and green beans

    S-wine and some pita chips

    E-abs work out and some just dance

    B-green smoothie S-banana and almonds L-turkey sandwich, broccoli, mini peppers S-rice cakes, peanut butter, green tea D-I won't be home, so probably Panera Bread. E-Zumba, ballet class, and (hopefully) a little yoga Edited: I can has paragraphs? Edited2: Apparently not.
  • B - banana and PB2, Greek yogurt
    L - small salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing, veggie mix, brisket, roll, fruit. Had two bites of chocolate cake for dessert.
    D - Smart Ones pizza
    E - I was on the elliptical for 50 minutes this morning
