I'm getting ready to order welcome bags for all the out of town people and shipping and handling is $16! I was just going to have the bags say "welcome to Portland" so if any other Portland brides wanted to add to the order please let me know. The cost is about a $1 a bag but it goes down the more you buy and I'm planning on getting 75.
